The Great Pacific Airshow Returns to Huntington Beach, Oct. 4-6, 2019

The Great Pacific Airshow will make its return to Huntington Beach, Oct. 4-6. This year’s Airshow will be bigger than ever with three jet teams from three countries and more than two million people attending the three-day event.


US Air Force Thunderbirds, The Royal Air Force Aerobatic team The Red Arrows, and the Royal Canadian Air Force’s Canadian Snowbirds will headline the show. Other talented performers include the US Air Force F-35 Lightning II and A-10C Thunderbolt II demonstrations, Lucas Oil Aerobatics’ Mike Wiskus, the SOCOM Para Commandos, a FedEx flyby, and the first ever dual Jetpack flight in an airshow, and many more!


The free, family-friendly Airshow will take to the skies from 11 am – 4:30 pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 4-6. VIP premium viewing tickets are available for purchase. The festival area will open at 9am and close at 8pm on Friday and 7pm on Saturday.

On Friday, Oct. 4, there will be a community reception at Pier Plaza in Huntington Beach from 6-8 pm to welcome the Airshow performers. This free event will include live music, and a performer Q and A and autograph session. Official Airshow merchandise will also be available.

·       3 pm – Canadian Snowbirds arrival and welcome ceremony. Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB), Los Alamitos. RSVP required to access the base.

Thursday, Oct. 3:

·       10 am – 11 am – Media interviews with civilian performers at Lyon Air Museum,

·       2 pm – U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and F-35 Lightening Demo teams arrive and welcome ceremony. Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB), Los Alamitos. RSVP required to access the base.


At the Airshow

Media are welcome to come to the show, Oct. 4-6 to photograph/video from the beach. Show center is located at Huntington Street and Pacific Coast Highway for the best view.
